I was going to make a joke about everyone in Illinois running stupidly bright lights at night, but then I realized that the joke I was going to make is pretty true.

I just noticed that there’s also tint at the top of the windscreen too...So at night, that guy’s basically driving out of a narrow slit up front. No wonder he needs those light bars!
